Cleaning Method and Procedure for Three High Purple Gold Tubes of Solar Water Heate
Solar water heaters need to be cleaned once a year or so, because there will be more scale on the inner wall of the vacuum tube, and the scale density is much greater than water, so it will be stored in the vacuum tube. The cleaning methods are as follows:
1. Remove the vacuum tube and handle it lightly without breaking it.
2. Pour out the scale.
3. Cleaning the scale on the inner wall of solar vacuum tube, which needs special acid scale remover.
Soak in acidic detergent for about 10 minutes, then pull the remaining scale back and forth with a brush and rinse it twice with clean water. Note: When cleaning, it's best to wear gloves and be careful about burning and scalding skin. It's best to use up water the night before, take it apart the next morning, make it ready before the sun rises, and then re-water, without affecting the use of the day.
4. Professional solar cleaning and maintenance team will be more reliable, which can reduce the probability of damage.
Suggestion: Half of the sunlight is covered by solar energy in summer, and scales can only be formed at 70 degrees above, so shading and cooling, prolonging the use of time.
