Reasons for High-tech Copper-Steel Coated Vacuum Tube
The high-tech copper-steel coated vacuum tube can absorb heat efficiently. The absorption ratio of solar absorbing coating is more than 0.95; the emission ratio of solar absorbing coating is less than 0.06; and the glass tube coating has an adhesive layer, which makes the coating more firm and improves the absorption efficiency by 12% compared with the ordinary vacuum tube. Double layer 3.3 high borosilicate glass tube is used to make the layer. After processing, the vacuum in the interlayer is less than 3.0*10-2 Pa. The thermal expansion coefficient is small. The emission ratio of Al-Cu-Cu film layer is lower than that of pure copper mirror in the lower layer. The heat loss is lower. The absorption layer contains Al_3N. The interference between the high temperature and anti-aging films increases the absorption ratio to 98% emission ratio drop due to the different metal composition and thickness of the film layer. As low as 4%, the absorption of heat is greatly increased.
